  1. Saute/fry pork in 3 tbsp. oil. Add in onions and mushrooms, cook rapidly over high heat. Fold in bamboo shoots, bean sprouts and celery. Stir. Cook for 2 min. Add in soy sauce, salt, if necessary and pepper. Add in chicken stock mix. Cook till thick. Serve over dry noodles.
