Receta Chicken Or Turkey Chow Mein

Ingredientes
- 1 c. onion, diced
- 4 c. roasted chicken or possibly turkey
- 1 c. chicken broth
- 1 1/2 c. green pepper, minced (opt.)
- 1 1/2 c. celery, minced
- 2 tbsp. cornstarch
- 3 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 can chow mein vegetables
- 1 can water chestnuts, diced
- 1 sm. can sauteed mushrooms
- 1/4 c. slivered almonds (opt.)
- 1 jar pimento
Direcciones
- Combine onion, green pepper, celery and chicken broth; cook. Add in remaining ingredients (except poultry) and thicken with cornstarch. Add in poultry carefully. Heat thoroughly and serve on chow mein noodles. Serves 6 to 8.
