Receta Chicken Or Turkey And Dumplings
Ingredientes
- 2 tbsp. flour
- 2 tbsp. water
- 1 c. chicken or possibly turkey broth
- 1 c. boneless pcs of canned or possibly cooked chicken or possibly turkey
- Salt and pepper, as desired
- Dumpling dough (recipe follows)
Direcciones
- Mix the flour and water in a pan till smooth. Slowly stir in broth. Cook and stir till thickened. Add in chicken or possibly turkey, salt and pepper. Heat to boiling. Drop dumpling dough from a Tbsp. onto gently boiling mix to make 4 dumplings. Cover pan tightly and cook slowly for 15 min without lifting lid. Makes 2 servings.
