  1. Cook green pepper and onion in 2 qt kettle in shortening till tender. Stir in 1/4 c. Bisquick. Add in soup and gradually stir in lowfat milk. Heat to boiling over medium heat, stirring constantly. Boil 1 minute, then stir in meat and peas. Pour into a 12 x 7 1/2 x 2 inch pan.
  2. Mix 2 c. Bisquick and water to make soft dough, beat vigorously 20 strokes. Smooth dough into a ball on a floured board. Knead 5 times. Roll into a rectangle 15 x 9 inches. Sprinkle with cheese. Roll up tightly, starting at 15 inch side. Seal well and cut into 12 (1 1/2 inch) slices. Place slices on turkey mix. Bake at 425 degrees till golden, about 20-25 min. Serves 4-6.
