Receta Chicken, Pork And Beef Stir Fry

Ingredientes
- 1 pound meat, cut in thin strips
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 c. minced fresh broccoli
- 2 onions, cut thin wedges
- 1 carrot, 2" julienne strips
- 1/2 pound minced mushrooms (fresh)
- 2 tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 1/4 c. water
- 1/3 c. soy sauce
- 1/3 c. Karo syrup, light
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper
Direcciones
- Stir fry - medium to medium high heat.
- Stir fry meat in large skillet for 5 min. Remove to bowl. Stir fry garlic, broccoli, onions and carrots for 2 min. Add in mushrooms. Return meat to skillet. Mix cornstarch with water, soy sauce, Karo and red pepper. Pour sauce over and heat till boiling. Boil 1 minute till thickens. Serve over rice. 6 servings.
