Receta Chicken Quesadillas (Fry Or Grill)

Ingredientes
- 2 tsp vegetable oil
- 1 x # boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
- 1/2 bot Lawry's Herb & Garlic Marinade
- 8 x (7-10") flour tortillas
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 pkt shredded Mexican 4 cheeses
- 1 sm can minced green chilies liquid removed (or possibly to taste)
Direcciones
- Marinate chicken breasts in Lawry's marinade for 1-2 hrs.
- Heat 2 tsp vegetable oil in 10" skillet over medium high heat.
- Cook chicken 15-20 min, till juice of chicken is no longer pink, even in center of thickest part - turning over once.
- Shred chicken into small piecesBuild Tortillas -
- Mix chicken pcs, cheese and chilies in bowl Spread thin layer on 1 tortilla and top with another tortilla
- Heat 2 TBSP oil in skillet.
- Cook each tortilla over medium-hi heat (6 on my stove) for 4-6 min, turning after 2 min till light golden.
- Serve with salsa and lowfat sour cream
