  • 1 1/2 c. regular rice
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 3/4 c. lowfat milk
  • 4 to 5 chicken breasts (boneless)
  • 1 (1 3/8 ounce.) pkg. onion soup mix

Direcciones

  1. Combine soups in a large saucepan. Gradually stir in lowfat milk. Heat over medium heat and stir in rice. Pour mix in a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish. Arrange boneless chicken breasts over rice mix. Sprinkle with dry soup mix. Cover with aluminum foil. Bake at 325 degrees for 2 hrs. Serve 6.
