Receta Chicken & Rice Casserole

Ingredientes
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
- 1 boiled chicken
- 1 c. cheddar cheese
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 c. UNCLE BEN'S® converted rice
- 4 c. broth from cooking chicken
Direcciones
- Boil the chicken. Remove the skin and tear it into bite-size pcs. In a casserole dish, first add in the rice. Spread the chicken pcs out over the rice.
- In a separate bowl, mix the 3 soups together, then pour them over the chicken. Don't MIX THE RICE, CHICKEN AND SOUPS TOGETHER. Pour the broth over the soup. Use a fork to make holes (approximately 5 to 6). Bake at 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/4 hrs. Fifteen min before it is finished, add in cheese to the top.
