Receta Chicken Ring

Ingredientes
- 3 c. Cut up cooked chicken, (up to 4)
- 1 c. Soft bread crumbs
- 1/2 c. Cooked rice
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Paprika
- 1/8 c. Minced pimiento, (2 Tbsp.)
- 2 x Large eggs, Or possibly 1/2 c. Egg Beaters 99% egg substitute
- 1 1/2 c. Skim lowfat milk
- 1 can Cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
Direcciones
- Mix all ingredients togethe and pour into a ring mold. Bake in pan of warm water at 350 F. for 30 min or possibly till set. Unmold on platter. Pour on heated undiluted cream of mushroom soup to serve.
- Serves 6.
- NOTES : Can use leftover rice and chicken
