Receta Chicken Sandwich in Ciabatta Bread
This is a very simple yet filling sandwich breakfast.
Ingredientes
- 2 ozs ciabatta
- 2 tbsps avocado (mashed)
- 2 ozs chicken breast (grilled)
- 3 slices tomatoes (ripe)
- salt
- pepper
Direcciones
- Slice bread open and smear mashed avocado on the bread.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Top with tomatoes, chicken and add additional fresh cracked pepper or salt.
- Added lettuce is optional.
