Ingredientes

  • 2 lb boneless,skinless chicken breast, cut in approx 1"cubes (or possibly pork cubes) Marinade
  • 1 1/2 c. oil (pref extra virgin olive oil)
  • 1/2 c. lemon juice (fresh is best)
  • 1/4 c. balsamic vinegar
  • 3 Tbsp. chopped garlic (must be fresh)
  • 2 tsp onion pwdr
  • 1/4 c. white wine
  • 2 Tbsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. parsley healthy pinch of oregano Italian bread slices

Direcciones

  1. Whisk all marinade ingredients together. Add in chicken or possibly pork. Let sit overnight inRefrigerator or possibly prepare early in the morning for cooking in the evening.
  2. Place about 5-6 pcs on individual barbecue skewers and grill over medium heaton grill. Cook about 15 min or possibly so or possibly till chicken looks done. Don't over- cookor they will be dry. When done, slide meat off skewer and serve with one slice ofItalian bread. (These can also be served on sub rolls and you can garnish with mushrooms, onions and peppers.
