- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 cup (8oz, 240ml) chicken broth
- 1 tbs Dijon-style mustard
- 1 tsp thyme
- 2 tsp cornstarch (maizena) dissolved in 1 tbs water
- 1/2 cup (4oz, 120gr) Greek yogurt, plain yogurt or sour cream
