Receta Chicken Taco Salad

Ingredientes
- 1 tbsp. butter
- 1/2 c. onions
- 2 c. cooked chicken, cubed
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
- 4 c. lettuce
- 1 c. tomatoes
- 2/3 c. green pepper
- 1 1/2 c. (6 ounce.) Colby cheese, shredded
- 1 1/2 to 2 c. corn chips, broken
- Lowfat sour cream (optional)
- Salsa (optional)
Direcciones
- Heat butter in large saucepan. Saute/fry onion. Stir in chicken, water and seasoning mix. Simmer uncovered 20 min. Meanwhile, combine lettuce, tomatoes, green peppers, in large bowl. Spoon warm chicken over lettuce mix. Top with cheese and corn chips. Serve immediately with cream cheese and salsa.
