Ingredientes
- 2 c. Lettuce
- 2 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. Vinegar
- 1 jar taco sauce -- (8 ounce)
- 4 x Tostada shells
- 1 3/4 c. Chicken -- minced/cooked
- 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese -- shredded
Direcciones
- In a medium bowl, combine lettuce, oil, 1 Tbsp. lemon juice, vinegar, and taco sauce. Toss to mix well. To serve, place tostada shell on each of 4 dinner plates. Divide ingredients equally among tostadas, layering in the following in order: taco sauce, chicken, and lettuce mix. Drizzle with remaining liquid for the lettuce mix. Top with cheese.
