Receta Chicken Wings In Garlic Sauce

Ingredientes
- 2 doz chicken wings Flour for dredging
- 2 Tbsp. paprika Salt to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
- 1/4 c. Spanish extra virgin olive oil
- 1 pch red pepper flakes
- 1 x bay leaf
- 2 x lemons halved
- 10 x roasted garlic cloves
- 1/4 c. minced fresh oregano
- 1/4 c. Spanish sherry
- 2 c. low-sodium chicken broth
Direcciones
- Rinse the chicken wings in cool water and pat dry with paper towels. Place flour in a shallow platter and season it by adding paprika, salt and pepper. Toss to incorporate, then dredge the wings in the flour.
- Heat oil in a skillet and brown the chicken wings on all sides. Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside on a platter. Add in the pepper flakes, bay leaf, lemons, garlic, oregano, sherry, and chicken broth to the pan.
- Cook for 2 min to evaporate the alcohol. Return the chicken to the pan. Cover the pan and simmer for 15 min, or possibly braise in a preheated 375 degree oven for 20 min.
- This recipe yields 8 servings.
