Receta Chicken With Mustard Sauce

Ingredientes
- 4-6 boneless chicken breasts
- 2 tbsp. flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1/4 c. white wine
Direcciones
- 1. Mix 2 Tbsp. flour, salt and pepper; use to coat chicken.
- 2. In warm butter in a large skillet, brown chicken well on both sides.
- 3. Add in wine, simmer, covered till chicken is cooked, about 20 min. Remove chicken to serving plate.
- 4. Make Mustard Sauce: Stir flour into drippings in skillet. Stir in cream (lowfat milk) and mustard. Boil, stirring for 1 minute.
- 5. Pour sauce over chicken and serve.
