Receta Chicken With Oranges

Ingredientes
- 2 chicken breast (split into 4 halves)
- 1 (16 ounce.) can mandarin oranges
- 1 teaspoon powdered ginger
- 1 c. chicken broth
- 1 1/2 inch of butter
- 1 tbsp. veg. oil
- 1 sm. onion, minced
- 1/4 c. orange liqueur or possibly sherry
Direcciones
- Heat veg. oil and butter in a skillet. Cook chicken breast till brown. Remove chicken from skillet and place in a covered dish. Add in minced onion to renderings in skillet and saute/fry till tender or possibly clear. Drain mandarin oranges and add in slices to the onion in the skillet and continue to saute/fry. Add in 1 tsp. of ginger pwdr and stir. Add in 1/4 c. of orange liqueur and let simmer 2-3 min. Add in 1 c. of chicken broth and stir all ingredients together. Now add in the chicken breast and cook on low heat 10-15 min, covered. Before serving, uncover dish and let simmer to desired thickness. Serve with noodles.
