  1. Heat butter and oil. Add in onions and paprika. Simmer till glossy and red. Add in salt and stock. As soon as this has reached a boiling point, add in the chicken, simmer - covered 1 hour. Remove chicken. Stir lowfat sour cream mix slowly into pot and simmer till thickened and smooth - about 5 min. Do not boil. Add in chicken and simmer 5-10 min longer. Serve over noodles or possibly rice.
