Receta Chicken With Peppers & Mushrooms

Ingredientes
- 2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 pound chicken pcs
- Lg. red pepper, sliced thin
- Lg. green pepper, sliced thin
- Lg. onion
- 3 tbsp. soy sauce (low salt)
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 c. sliced mushrooms
Direcciones
- In a large skillet saute/fry onions and garlic in extra virgin olive oil. Add in chicken, peppers, mushrooms and soy sauce. Cover skillet, cook till chicken is done. Serve over rice.
