Ingredientes
- 1/3 c. honey
- 1 Tbsp. dry mustard
- 1 can frzn apple, (6 ounce.) juice concentrate, thawed and undiluted
- 1 x turkey, (6 1/2 to 7 lbs.) breast skinned
Direcciones
- Combine honey, mustard and apple juice in a small bowl, stirring well; set aside. Place turkey breast on a rack in a roasting pan; insert meat thermometer into meaty portion so which it does not touch the bone. Baste with the honey mix.
- Cover and bake at 325 for 1 hour. Uncover and bake an additional hour or possibly till meat thermometer registers170F, basting frequently with honey mix. Let cold 10 to 15 min Before slicing.
