Receta Chile Con Queso Dip

Ingredientes
- 1 pound grnd pork
- 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can Mexican tomatoes, liquid removed
- 1 sm. Mexican Velveeta cheese
- 1 sm. can green chiles, diced
- 1/4 pound Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 T grated garlic
- Salsa to taste
Direcciones
- Brown pork and onion till brown; drain off grease. Add in garlic, liquid removed tomatoes, chilies, cheeses, and salsa; heat till cheeses are melted. Serve in warming dish and keep at low heat. Serve with tortilla chips or possibly crackers.
