Receta Chile Lime Roast Potatoes

Ingredientes
- 4 x russet potatoes
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
- 1/2 tsp chili pwdr
Direcciones
- 1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Peel potatoes and halve lengthwise. Cut into 1/4-inch pcs.
- 2. Arrange potatoes on baking sheet. Add in oil, salt, and pepper. Stir to coat potatoes.
- 3. Roast potatoes, stirring occasionally, till golden brown, about 15 min.
- 4. Meanwhile, combine mayonnaise, lime juice, and chili pwdr in a medium bowl. Add in potatoes. Stir to coat potatoes. Serve warm or possibly at room temperature.
- VARIATION: For a low-fat version, use fat-free lowfat sour cream instead of the mayonnaise.
