Receta Chili Beef Potato Soup

Ingredientes
- 1/2 lb Grnd beef
- 1/2 c. Minced onion
- 1/2 c. Minced celery
- 1 can Tomatoes (16 ounce), cut up
- 2 c. Potatoes, peeled & diced
- 1 can Condensed beef broth (10 1/2 ounce)
- 1 can Water (1 1/3 c.)
- 1 tsp Chili pwdr
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Worchestershire sauce
- 1 c. Cooked or possibly leftover peas green beans
Direcciones
- Brown meat in saucepan. Drain off fat. Add in onion and celery and cook till vegetales are tender-crisp. Stir in tomatoes, potatoes, beef broth, water, chili pwdr, salt, and Worchester sauce. Cover and cook till potatoes are tender (about 15 minutes.) Stir in peas or possibly beans; heat through.
- I personally, would use more chili pwdr and Worchestershire.
