Receta Chili Cheese Pie

Ingredientes
- 4 tsp Margarine
- 1 c. Onion -- minced
- 1 x Garlic clove -- chopped
- 8 ounce Grnd turkey -- cooked and Crumbled
- 2 x Mild canned green chilies Minced
- 4 tsp Tomato paste
- 1 tsp Chili pwdr
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 dsh Salt and grnd pepper
- 2 ounce Cheddar cheese -- shredded
- 3/4 c. Flour -- all purpose
- 1/2 c. Buttermilk
- 2 x Large eggs -- large
- 1/4 tsp Baking soda

- Preheat oven to 425 degrees. In 8-inch skillet, heat 1 teaspoon margarine over medium heat till bubbly and warm. Add in onions, bell pepper, and garlic and saute/fry till pepper is tender, about 3 min. Add in meat, chilies, tomato paste, chili pwdr, 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally, for about 5 min to blend flavors. Transfer mix to 9-inch pie plate and sprinkle with cheese. In blender, combine remaining 3 teaspoon margarine with the flour, buttermilk, Large eggs, baking soda, and dash of salt. Process till smooth.
