Ingredientes
- 1 lb Chicken, skinless, boneless cut in cubes
- 1 Tbsp. Veg. oil
- 1 med Onion, minced
- 1 sm Green pepper, minced
- 1 x Garlic clove, chopped
- 15 ounce Hormel chili, no beans
- 14 ounce Chrushed tomatoes
- 1 pkt Success rice, cooked ds Warm pepper sauce
- 3/4 c. Pepper flavored Jack cheese, shredded
Direcciones
- In large skillet, saute/fry chicken till no longer pink; set adise. In same skillet, cook onion, peppers and garlic till tender; drain. Stir in chili and crushed tomatoes. Add in rice and warm pepper sauce; add in reserved chicken.
- Stir well. Simmer for 10 min in skillet. Top with shredded cheese.
