Ingredientes
- 1/2 pound grnd beef
- 1 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 teaspoon onion pwdr
- 1/8 teaspoon grnd cumin (comino)
- 1 1/2 tbsp. chili pwdr
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic pwdr
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 tbsp. flour
- 2 c. water or possibly tomato juice
Direcciones
- Brown grnd beef. Add in seasoning and flour. Mix well and stir in water. Bring chili to a boil, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat and simmer 15 to 20 min. Yields 4 to 6 servings.
