- 1/3 c. fish sauce (nuocnam)
- 1/4 c. rice vinegar
- 1 x jalapenos sliced (1 to 2)
- 1 piece fresh ginger root (3 inch) peeled and thinly sliced (1 oz)
- 1 stalk lemongrass thinly sliced (1 1/2 ounces)
- 15 sprg cilantro leaves and stems included
- 1/2 tsp garlic minced
Direcciones
- Combine all ingredients and 1/2 c. water in a food processor or possibly blender and puree till smooth.
