Receta Chili Tacos

Ingredientes
- 1 Tbsp. Veg. oil
- 1 lrg Onion - sliced
- 1 x Green pepper - sliced
- 1 lb Chopped beef, (450g)
- 1/2 tsp Schwartz Garlic Granules
- 1 x 14 ounces ti minced tomatoes, (400g)
- 1 x 14 ounces ti kidney beans - liquid removed, (400g)
- 2 Tbsp. Tomato puree
- 1 1/2 tsp Schwartz Warm Chili Pwdr
- 1 1/2 tsp Schwartz Grnd Cumin
- 1/4 tsp Schwartz Cinnamon
- 2 tsp Schwartz Oregano Salt to taste
- 8 x Taco shells, (8 to 12) Shredded lettuce
- 1/4 pt Soured cream, (150ml)
- 4 ounce Mature Cheddar cheese - grated., (100g)
Direcciones
- Heat the oil in a large frying pan and fry the onion and pepper to soften. Add in the chopped beef and Garlic Granules and fry till browned. Stir in the tomatoes, kidney beans, tomato puree, spices, Oregano and salt. Simmer uncovered for 20-30 min, stirring occasionally.
- To serve, heat the taco shells in a hot oven for 2-3 min. Divide the chili beef mix between the shells, garnishing with shredded lettuce, soured cream and grated Cheddar cheese.
