Receta Chilled Gazpacho Soup

Ingredientes
- 1 med Green Bell pepper, diced
- 1 med Red Bell pepper, diced
- 1 med Yellow Bell pepper, diced
- 4 stalk celery, diced
- 2 x cucumbers, peeled and diced
- 28 ounce can plum tomatoes, minced with liquid
- 6 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 3 c. cool water
- 1/4 c. Italian parsley, minced
- 1/2 c. fresh basil, minced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 1 Tbsp. Tabasco sauce
Direcciones
- Combine all ingredients; mix well. Adjust seasonings based upon your liking.
- Serve chilled. Always good served with a small slice of French bread.
