- 2 x Tomatoes
- 1 x Red Pepper, roasted, stemmed And seeded
- 1/4 x Onion, minced
- 1 x Clove Garlic, chopped
- 3 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil Salt Grnd Pepper
- 3 c. Ice Cubes
- 1 Tbsp. Parsley, minced
Direcciones
- Process tomatoes, red pepper, onion, garlic, extra virgin olive oil, salt, pepper and ice cubes in a food processor till finely minced but not completely smooth. Stir in another 3 ice cubes and the parsley. Chill.
