- 1 x watermelon, seeded and rind removed
- 1 c. apple juice
- 1 c. cranberry juice
- 1 c. 1% plain yogurt
- 1/2 c. minced fresh mint
Direcciones
- Puree watermelon in food processor and transfer to large bowl.
- Add in juices, mix with whisk till well incorporated.
- Beat in yogurt and mint.
- Refrigerateand serve.
