Receta Chinese Chicken Salad
Ingredientes
- 1pkg Oriental flavored Ramen Noodles
- 3 cups cooked chicken - cubed
- 1/2 head cabbage - chopped
- 1 onion - chopped
- 1/2 cup slivered almonds - toasted
- 2 TBL roasted Sesame seeds
- Dressing
- 1/4 cup Canola oil
- 1/4 cup Sesame oil
- 2 TBL sugar
- 3 TBL Rice wine vinegar
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 pkg Ramen noodle seasoning pack
- 3/4 tsp salt
Direcciones
- cook your chicken ahead of time so that it'll cool.
- Chopped cabbage, add in the onion and cubed cooked chicken.
- Add in the minced almonds and crushed ramen noodles.
- combine ingredients for the dressing - put in container and shake until well blended. Pour over Cabbage chicken mixture and mix well.
- Serve chilled
