Receta Chinese Egg Drop Soup
Ingredientes
- 1 (10 ounce) can condensed chicken broth/stock
- 1 T green onions, minced
- 1 soup can water
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
Direcciones
- In saucepan, put together broth, water, and onion. Heat to boiling. Add in beaten egg to the simmering chicken broth/stock very slowly. Stir the broth around and around the pan and cook just till the fragile noodle - like bits of egg are set. Serves 2-3.
