- 1 Tbsp. Shortening
- 3 c. Cabbage, finely shredded
- 1 c. Celery, minced
- 1 med Green Bell Pepper, minced
- 1 med Onion, minced
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/8 tsp Pepper
Direcciones
- Heat shortnening in skillet. Drop in vegetables, stir well. Cover tightly.
- Steam 5 min on medium heat, stirring several times. Season with salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
