  • 1 lb boneless chicken breast tenders - (to 1 1/2 lbs)
  • 2 c. coarsely-minced cabbage
  • 1 med onion cut in large chunks
  • 1 med red bell pepper cut in large chunks
  • 1 pkt Kikkoman Oriental Chicken Salad Seasoning
  • 1 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 2 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 c. frzn mixed oriental vegetables
  • 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 Tbsp. cool water

Direcciones

  1. Cut chicken into 1 1/2-inch pcs. Place first 8 ingredients in crockpot; mix well. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hrs.
  2. Stir cornstarch and cool water together; add in with vegetables during the last 30 min.
  3. This recipe yields 4 to 6 servings.
