- 16 ounce. lowfat sour cream
- 1/2 c. minced onion
- 1 pkg. chipped beef
- Dash of pepper, garlic pwdr, and parsley flakes

- Mix well and pour into center of round loaf of rye bread hollowed out. Use bread taken out of center, cut into cubes for dipping.
