Ingredientes
- 2 tsp grated orange zest
- 1 c. fresh orange juice
- 3 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp chopped garlic
- 1/3 c. vegetable oil
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. minced canned chipotle chile in adobo, or possibly 1 tsp. red pepper flakes
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp freshly grnd black pepper
Direcciones
- Combine all the ingredients in a small bowl. Marinate and grill steaks as directed in master recipes, infra.
- Makes 2 to 2 1/2 c. marinade.
