- 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup sour cream
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- ¼ cup water
- 4 large eggs

%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EPosition%20a%20rack%20in%20the%20center%20of%20the%20oven%20and%20preheat%20the%20oven%20to%20350%20degrees.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EOil%20a%2010-inch%20bundt%20cake%20pan%20and%20set%20aside.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EPut%20the%20chocolate%20chips%20in%20a%20bowl%20and%20sprinkle%20with%202%20tablespoons%20of%20the%20cake%20mix.%20%20Stir%20and%20set%20aside.%20%20(Doing%20this%20helps%20to%20keep%20the%20chocolate%20chips%20from%20sinking%20to%20the%20bottom%20of%20the%20cake).%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EPut%20the%20remaining%20cake%20mix,%20the%20pudding%20mix,%20sour%20cream,%20oil,%20water,%20eggs%20and%20vanilla%20extract%20in%20a%20large%20mixing%20bowl.%20%20Blend%20with%20an%20electric%20mixer%20on%20low%20speed%20until%20combined.%20%20Scrape%20down%20the%20bowl%20and%20blend%20again,%20this%20time%20on%20medium%20speed%20until%20the%20batter%20is%20thick%20and%20fairly%20smooth%20(almost%20like%20a%20mousse).%20%20Fold%20in%20the%20chocolate%20chips%20until%20they%20are%20well%20distributed.%20%20Pour%20the%20batter%20into%20the%20bundt%20cake%20pan.%20%20Tap%20the%20pan%20on%20the%20counter%20to%20help%20evenly%20distribute%20the%20batter.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EPut%20the%20pan%20in%20the%20oven%20and%20bake%20for%2050%20minutes.%20%20The%20cake%20is%20done%20when%20it%20springs%20back%20when%20lightly%20pressed%20with%20a%20finger.%20%20Remove%20the%20pan%20from%20the%20oven%20and%20let%20it%20cool%20on%20a%20wire%20rack%20for%2020%20minutes.%20%20Invert%20the%20pan%20onto%20a%20serving%20latter%20to%20finish%20cooling,%20about%2020%20minutes%20more.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EDust%20the%20cake%20with%20confectioner%E2%80%99s%20sugar,%20cut%20into%20slices%20and%20serve.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ETags:%20bundt%20cake,%20chocolate%20bundt%20cake,%20chocolate%20cake,%20no%20partially%20hydrogenated%20ingredients%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
