Ingredientes
- 2 c. flour
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 c. cocoa
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 c. oil
- 1 c. buttermilk
- 1 c. warm water
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 pound powdered sugar
- 1 stick melted butter
- 1-2 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 T cocoa
- Lowfat milk to make spreadable
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Put all ingredients into bowl; mix well. Pour batter into greased and lightly floured pan. Bake approximately 30 min or possibly till toothpick comes out clean. Cool before icing.
- Mix all ingredients together. Frost cool cake.
