Receta Chocolate Cake With White Frosting

- 2 c. flour
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 c. cocoa
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 c. + 2 T shortening
- 2 c. boiling water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- FROSTING: (all ingredients room temperature)
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 c. Crisco
- 1 stick butter
Direcciones
- CAKE: Place all ingredients in a bowl. Beat well. (Mix is very thin.) Pour into greased and lightly floured pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 min.FROSTING: Beat all ingredients well together in mixing bowl.
