Receta Chocolate Cherry Pie

Ingredientes
- 1 baked and cooled pie shell (9 inch)
- 15 ounce. can Eagle Brand condensed lowfat milk
- 1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
- 1 can cherry pie filling
- 8 maraschino cherries
Direcciones
- Put lowfat milk into 1 1/2 qt saucepan along with chocolate chips and salt. Cook and stir over medium heat till chocolate melts, about 3 min. Stir vigorously till mix begins to thicken. Add in almond extract and can of cherry pie filling. Pour mix into cooled pie shell. Chill 2-4 hrs. Garnish top with maraschino cherries. Serves 6-8.
