Receta Bread Pudding And Lemon Sauce

Ingredientes
- 4 Large eggs
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 to 2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 loaf day old French bread
- 1 quart. lowfat milk
- A few raisins

- For pudding: Break French bread in pcs and put in a lightly greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Add in together and mix next 4 ingredients. Add in a bit of cinnamon and nutmeg to this mix to own taste. Put raisins down into bread and pour mix over bread. Press together with fingers. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Cut into small squares and serve with warm sauce.
- For sauce: Heat butter. Add in powdered sugar and small amount of water (for thin sauce). Add in 4 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice and blend till smooth.
