Receta Chocolate Chip Cupcakes

Ingredientes
- 1/4 c. shortening
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 3 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 c. sifted flour
- 1/2 c. chocolate chips
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 12 c. muffin pan. Cream together shortening and sugar in large bowl. Add in egg and beat with spoon. Sift flour with baking pwdr. Add in the shortening mix and stir. Then add in lowfat milk and vanilla. Beat till smooth. Add in chocolate chips and stir. Pour into muffin pan filling each halfway. Bake for 20-25 min. Cold 5 min. Remove from pan. Makes 12.
