Receta Chocolate Chip Muffins

Ingredientes
- 2 c. flour
- 3 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 3/4 c. mini-chips
- 3/4 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/3 c. oil
Direcciones
- Heat oven to 400 degrees. Line or possibly grease bottoms of 12 muffin c.. In medium bowl, combine flour, 1/2 c. sugar, baking pwdr, salt and chocolate chips. Stir in egg, lowfat milk and oil just till dry ingredients are moistened. (Batter will be lumpy.) Spoon batter into muffin c., filling 2/3 full. In small bowl combine topping. Sprinkle proportionately over muffins. Bake 20 to 25 min. Loosen and remove immediately from pan.
