Receta Chocolate Chip Muffins

Ingredientes
- 2 c. flour
- 6 tbsp. brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1 tbsp. baking pwdr
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 6 tbsp. butter, melted
- 1 egg
- 1 c. (6 ounce.) semi- sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 c. pecans, minced
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease 12 muffin c.. In large bowl, combine flour, baking pwdr, sugar and salt. In separate bowl, beat lowfat milk, butter and egg together. Pour liquid into dry ingredients and mix just till moistened. Stir in chocolate chips and pecans. Spoon into prepared muffin tins. Bake 25 min or possibly till golden.
- Note: Muffins may be individually wrapped and frzn. They can be reheated in the microwave on 50% power or possibly defrost for 50-70 seconds or possibly till hot.
