Ingredientes
- 1 cup hot water
- tsp baking soda
- 1 cup of chopped dates
- 1/2 cup shortening
- 1 cup of sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 3/4 cups of flour
- 1 Tsp cocoa
- dash of salt
- 1/2 cup nuts (walnuts)
- 1 cup chocolate chips mix 1/2 save 1/2 cup
Direcciones
- soak first 3 ingredients while preparing (mixing) next 8 ingredients
- once cake is mixed, mix in first 3 ingredients
- pour in cake pan and sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup of chips
- bake @ 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes
- cool and eat
