Receta Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cranberry Biscotti

Ingredientes

  • 2-3/4 c
  • flour
  • 1 c
  • sugar
  • 2 t
  • baking powder
  • 1/4 t
  • salt
  • 1/4 t ground cinnamon
  • 1/3 c
  • cocoa powder
  • 1/2 c
  • butter, room temperature
  • 1 T oil
  • 2
  • eggs
  • 1 t
  • vanilla extract
  • 1 t
  • almond extract
  • 2 T creme de cocoa, optional
  • 1/2 c
  • chocolate chips
  • 1/2 c
  • dried cranberries
  • Cooking Directions
  • Preheat oven to 350
  • Combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and cocoa.
  • Whisk together butter, oil, eggs, egg yolk, vanilla extract, almond extract, and creme de cocoa, if using.
  • Add flour mixture to creamed mixture Stir until blended
  • Add chocolate chips and dried cranberries Stir together until combined.
  • Turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface, knead 8-12 times.
  • Divide dough in half. Shape each portion into a 8 inch long roll
  • Place rolls, 6 inches apart, onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper
  • Flatten dough to a 1 inch thickness.
  • Bake at 350 for 30-35 mins
  • Remove rolls to a wire rack. Cool 10 mins
  • Using a serrated knife, cut logs into 3/4 inch slices
  • Place slices on baking sheet lined with parchment paper
  • Bake at 350 for 8-10 mins
  • Turn slices over and bake an additional 8-10 mins
  • Remove from baking sheet, cool on wire rack
