Receta Chocolate Covered Peanuts

Ingredientes
- 6 ounce Chocolate Chips, Semi-Sweet
- 1/4 c. Light Corn Syrup, Karo
- 1 Tbsp. Water
- 2 c. Peanuts, Salted
Direcciones
- Combine the chocolate pcs, corn syrup, and water in a double boiler top. Place over warm water and stir till melted. Remove from the heat and stir in the peanuts stirring till well coated. Drop the mix by teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper lined baking sheets.
- Cover with aluminum foil and refrigeratein the refrigerator till hard.
- Makes about 36 pcs.
