- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1-1/2 cups sugar
- 1-1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon almond extract
- 1 -1/2 cups water
- 4 oz 1/3 less fat cream cheese, softened
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
- 3-1/2 to 4 cups confectioners sugar (use what you need to make frosting the consistency you want it to be)
- 1 teaspoon almond extract
