Ingredientes

3 c. Flour
2 c. Sugar
1/2 c. Cocoa
2/3 c. Oil ( I have substituted 1/3c. oil and 1/3c. applesauce)
2 tsp Soda
2 c. Water
2 tsp White vinegar
2 tsp Vanilla
1 pkt (8 ounce) cream cheese
1 x Egg
1/3 c. Sugar
1/2 tsp Salt
1 pkt (6 ounce) semi-sweet choc. chips

Direcciones

Mix chocolate mix ingredients well. Beat filling ingredients. Fill paper c. 1/2 full with chocolate mix. Drop heaping tsp. full of filling in the middle of each.
Bake 350 for 25 min. 36 cupcakes 102 calories each
